Eligibility
Exchange requests must be madewithin 2 days of receiving your order.

Only one exchange is allowed per order. Once an item has been exchanged, no further claims or exchanges can be made under the same order number.
Conditions for Exchange
Items must beunworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
If any of these conditions are not met, the exchange willnot be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to approval after the product is reviewed by our team.
Exchange Process & Charges
Once your exchange is approved, the replacement will be deliveredon the spot with aPKR 300 redelivery charge.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Sale items,seasonal collections, andcustomized products arenot eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
